½ cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups matzo meal
1 cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder/baking soda
Powdered sugar sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350.

Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix oil, sugar, matzo meal, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla and baking soda until soft dough forms. ( if you have electric mixer use it)
Roll the dough into balls slightly larger than a golf ball. Fill a small bowl with confectioners sugar and stir with a fork to break any clumps. Place the balls into the sugar and coat them heavily. Transfer to the prepared pans. Leave room between the balls as the spread during baking,
Bake for 18 minutes. Cool.
( I make mine smaller , about a tablespoon). If you make them smaller bake for 12 minutes.
