2-2 1/2 lb pork sirloin roast
5 cups water
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp brown sugar
1-14oz ketchup (1 1/3cup)
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in water 1 3/4-2 1/4 hours. Remove meat, reserve 1/2 cup broth.
Add onion & celery to broth, cook covered 10 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, worcestershire, vinegar, mustard & pepper.
Shred meat.
Add meat to sauce, bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes.
