1 lb mushrooms (chopped)
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp minced onion
6 Tbsp gravy flour
3 cups of light cream
2-3 tsp of parsley
salt pepper
1 loaf of real soft bread like Wonder white bread,

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute 1 lb of mushrooms with the minced onion in the one stick of butter.
2. when mushrooms are sauteed add the lemon juice then add the gravy flour, mix thoroughly.
3. Add the light cream. Bring to a boil. stirring until thickened.
4. Add the parsley and the salt and pepper.
5. Put mixture in frig for at least 3 hours. Until thoroughly chilled.
6. Remove crust from each slice of bread and roll out until real thin.
7. When the mixture is cooled spread onto the bread, then roll each slice up in wax paper and freeze.
8. Before cooking, dab each roll with butter, then cut in thirds
9. Cook at 350 until browned and bubbling hot.
