2 1/2 Cups Flour
2 cups packed dark brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 baking soda
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups choc. chips


Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 9 X 13 pan.

Combine flour, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter in large bowl and blend on low until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixture.

add baking powder, baking soda, milk, vanilla and eggs to crumb mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and sprinkle choc chips on top.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes comes out clean.
