Meat loaf
1 1/2 lean ground round
1 cup tomato sauce
2 eggs
3/4 fresh bread crumbs
Italian bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 half grated onion, (depending on how much you like onions)
salt and pepper
t tsp yellow mustard

1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp dark brown sugar

1. Mix eggs, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, grated onion, mustard, salt & pepper
2. mix in ground round
3. shape meat loaf
4. mix topping ingredients and spread on meat loaf
5. bake at 350
