1 cup melted butter
2 cups white sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
icing sugar (enough to thicken nicely)
1/2 cup canned milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Bake in greased oblong pan for 30 minutes at 350º
When done and still hot spread on 1 pint of marshmallow cream to top of cake. Then let set and cool a little.
Add icing on top of marshmallow.
