5 or 6 lb. brisket
1 3 oz bottle of liquid smoke
Unseasoned meat tenderizer
Seasoned salt
Garlic salt
Celery salt
Pepper

Directions:
Instructions: Place brisket in large pan, sprinkle with the dry seasonings and fork in. Pour on liquid smoke, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Cover and cook about 8 hrs at 225º F. Slice diagonally. Serve with barbecue sauce of your choice.
