2 chickens cut into pcs.
- 5 Tbs. onion soup mix
- 10 oz apricot preserves
- 1 small bottle Russian dressing
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 packs farfel
- 4 cups boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Pour farfel into bottom of a pan. Place chicken on top and sprinkle wit 3 Tbs. soup mix. Mix preserves, dressing and rest of soup mix. Pour 1/2 of mixture over chicken. Cover and bake on 350 for 1 hour. uncover, glaze with rest of sauce mixture and bake for additional 45 minutes.
