3 cans black beans 15.5 oz
Lg onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
2 T. oil
2-3 T. chili powder
1 t. cumin
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. salt
2 cans diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
12 oz. meatless burger crumbles
chorizo sausage 1/2 lb.
1 T lime juice
1/8 t cinnamon
1 1/2 oz semisweet choc
chicken stock cube

Toppings: sour cream, cheese, jalapeņo

Drain and rinse 2 cans of beans, leave liquid in 3rd.
Saute onion and garlic in oil med high heat in lg Dutch oven for 6-8 min. Stir in seasonings and saute for 3 min. Stir in other ingredients and 2 cups water. Bring to boil then reduce to med low and simmer 30 min.
