Ingredients:
6 lb brisket or roast
Liquid Smoke
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Baste brisket with 1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke and salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add onion and garlic salt. Rewrap and cook at 300º for 5-6 hours (I use a browning bag to baste and cook). Cool meat and slice. (Meat will not slice well if not fully cooled) Combine the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan, stir and bring to a boil. Pour over meat. Let sit overnight. Heat in 300º oven for 1 hour.
