1 Pork or Beef pot roast 4 to 5 lbs
6 bouillon cubes
1 large onion
3 lbs potatoes
1 bag carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in a large pot (or crock pot). Cover with water and add 6 bouillon cubes and onion. Let meat cook until tender and you can put a fork into it easily. Meanwhile chop up potatoes and cut carrots into 2 inch pieces. After meat is tender add vegetables and cook until tender.
