2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen cooked squash
4 T butter
1 1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 C light brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash allspice
2 T butter
1/2 - 3/4 C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw squash, use double boiler if necessary. Add butter, salt and pepper. (a little brown sugar or a touch of maple syrup tastes good) Add eggs and stir. Turn into lightly greased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle on topping made by mixing the sugar, cinnamon, allspice, butter and pecans. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
