1 cup minute rice
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
2 Tbs sugar
1 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup butter
Giblets (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as usual. Fry onions in butter.
Add raisins and sugar. Cook few minutes longer. If you have giblets, chop and add to onion mixture and fry. Mix with cooked rice. Add some juice from pan before serving.
