1 lg brisket
4 T liquid smoke
powdered tenderizer
garlic salt
onion salt
paprika
nutmeg
celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from brisket. Put 4 T liquid smoke on brisket. Let marinate overnight. Sprinkle with tenderizer, garlic salt, onion salt,paprika, nutmeg and celery salt. Bake at 350º for 3 hours. Slice and serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.
