First cut brisket-Important to get this cut

Campbells Tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown all sides of the brisket on top of stove in a pot.
Add two cans tomato soup, a bag of peeled carrots cut into 3 inch pieces and a peeled onion cut into quarters.
Put the covered pot in a 325šoven for 3 hours or more.
If not tender enough , cut into slices and let sit overnight in sauce , reheat the next day and serve.

Make sure you buy a good piece of meat. Can put in oven, go shopping and come back to an amazing meal. For best results make this dish the day before serving it.
