2 to 3 cans of tuna, drained
2 TBS oil and 1 TBS butter
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 cup cashews (more if desired)
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 to 2 cans can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk (more if using 2 cans of soup)
2 TBS soy sauce
1 small can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 can La Choy noodles (the dried ones that look like string potatoes)

Directions:
In large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add chopped celery, and cook just a few minutes so celery will be tender crisp. Add soy sauce and all the rest of ingredients, EXCEPT noodles. You can either bake this at 350º in a sprayed 9x12 casserole dish till bubbly, about 25 minutes or cook on stove top till heated through about 10 minutes.
