1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 egg
1/2 c. milk or cream
1 tsp. pepper
Dash of salt
1 c. of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (Herb Seasoned)
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix ground beef, stuffing, egg, milk, onion flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Be careful not to over mix. Form into palm sized steaks and place on a baking pan or broiler pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer until it thickens. Pour sauce over steaks when plated.
