1 Corned beef with seasoning (get a flat cut. Make sure very little fat is showing. David and Murphy, Mosley or Kroger's Own are brands that are consistently good)
1 small head of cabbage, coarsely chopped
10 small red potatoes, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to Dutch oven, add seasonings and beef and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a bubbling simmer and cook according to directions for the number of lbs.

45 minutes before done, add the potatoes. 30 minutes before, add the coarsely chopped cabbage.

Cook until cabbage is slightly soft.
