Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 to 6 lbs. baby back ribs (should be about 24 to 26).
lemon squirt.
barbecue sauce (my preference - Kansas City (KC) Masterpiece Original).

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rack of ribs into single ribs, cover broiler pan with foil - place ribs on foil. If they all don't fit use another square or round pan and line it with foil for the rest of the ribs. Squirt lemon juice over all the ribs. Place in oven and bake for 1/2 hr at 375 degrees. After 1/2 hr check to see if ribs are browned, if so remove from oven and place on stove to cool for a minute or 2 before draining greese off the pan. Be very careful on tilting pan as ribs could slide off foil.
While ribs are in oven put barbecue sauce in another dish or bowl, stir and if too thick can add a little water. When texture is to your liking spoon the sauce on to each rib and place back in oven to bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
