8 to 10 ears of fresh corn
1/4 cup butter or bacon drippings
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 large tomato diced
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
Salt and Pepper

Take corn off the cob (include the juice) and saute in butter or bacon drippings until corn starts to thicken. Add remaining ingredients and let it cook down more until you like the consistency.
