1 pkg. Jimmy Dean Spicy Sausage, raw
10 fat free saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 cup onions, chopped
2 eggs
1 tbsp. chicken broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

Zesty Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Combine all ingredients and roll into bite size balls. Place sausage balls 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake sausage balls at 375º for 20 minutes.

Zesty Sauce:

Combine chili sauce, cider vinegar and brown sugar in a sauce pan. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve as dip for the sausage balls.
