2 pounds of country style ribs (I prefer boneless)
Olive oil
BBQ seasoning (I use McCormick)
1 cup apple juice
1 cup BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's original)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle BBQ seasoning on ribs.
2. Brown ribs in olive oil.
3. Put ribs in covered baking dish (I use my Pampered Chef stoneware baking dish). Mix apple juice and BBQ sauce and pour over ribs.
4. Bake at 325 º for about 2 hours. Ribs will fall apart when done.
