3 beaten egg yolks
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups cut up rhubarb
1/4 cup tapioca

1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in double boiler. Boil until thick. Add 1 tbsp butter. Put into a baked pie crust. Use the egg whites for meringue.
