3-5 pounds country style pork ribs
Olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 honey
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp. liquid Hickory smoke
1 tbsp. liquid Mesquite smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a plastic zip lock bag and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Let sit 1 hour in cooler or refrigerator. Mix remaining ingredients together and set aside. Brown ribs in olive oil in a 12" Dutch oven. Cover and cook (7-8 coals on bottom and 11-12 coals on top) for 3 hours. Make sure meat temperature reaches 145º. Change coals as needed, about every hour.
Drain off grease and pour sauce mixture over ribs.
Bake for an additional hour.
