1 Boston Butt Roast
2 onions, quartered
salt and pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 box (or less) dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast and onion in large baking dish. Salt and pepper well. Add 1/2 inch water to roasting pan. Cover and roast at 275 degree oven for 5-6 hours. Let cook and pick meat apart. Add to shredded meat and serve on buns.
