3 1/2 cup white flour
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup all bran
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp molasses
1/2 cup shortening
2 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Combine molasses and buttermilk. Knead gently (as for biscuits). Pat to 1" thickness, makes into about 3 "loaves". Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for approx. 30 minutes. May add raisins, currants or any dried fruit.
