1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 can (15.5 oz.) sloppy joe sauce
2 C. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 C. biscuit/baking mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 C. milk
1 TB. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the meat over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Transfer to a lightly greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.

In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, eggs and milk just until blended. Pour over cheese; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, at 400º for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

I made this for Grant's 2nd and 3rd grade teacher, Marla Kemp. It was a huge hit with the younger set...and a much less sloppy way to eat a sloppy joe!
