1 cup Ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. celery seed
6-8 drops tabasco sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in saucepan. Bring to simmering stage; simmer about 15 minutes to blend flavors and thicken slightly. Makes 2 cups.
