3 c. quick cooking (1 min.) rolled oats
2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter ( sometimes I add a little more)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/3 Hershey's Cocoa (I've been known to add more)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions:

Line cookie sheet with wax paper or foil. Measure oats and peanut butter. Set aside.
Combine sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa in med saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Let boil at least 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Add oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir quickly, mixing well.
Immediately drop mixture by heaping TSR. onto wax paper. Cool, Store in a cool, dry place. Makes about 4 dozen.
