2 cups sugar

3 3/4 cups flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup water

3/4 cup melted butter

1 1/2 tsp vanilla



1 1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup butter (no tub butter ... too soft)

Mix batter and bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Add 1/2 the topping at 35 minutes

Add the rest of topping and continue baking.
