Ingredients:  
Pour 2 cups boiling water over 1 cup cornmeal.
Cook for 5 minutes. Stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Then add:
1 T. butter
3 beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

Mix thoroughly, Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased, shallow baking dish. Bake in pre-heated 350 oven 40 - 45 minutes. (* if using self rising meal - omit baking powder and salt.
