CRUST
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, melted
FILLING
1 bag Kraft carmels
5 tbsp. milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together. Divide mixture in half. Pat half in a 9x13 inch pan. (It will appear as if there isn't enough, just keep patting it and it will fit). Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. While crust is baking, melt carmels and milk together in the microwave, stirring often. When crust is done sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Pour melted carmel on top. Take other half of crust and crumble on top of carmel and bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
