24 jumbo pasta shells, 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper, 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion, 1 teaspoon plus 1/4 cup butter, divided. 2 cans (6 oz each) lump crabmeat, drained. 1 pack (5 oz) cooked salad shrimp. 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons plus 4 cups milk; divided. 1/4 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (old bay).

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta, drain and set aside. In 1 teaspoon of butter saute green pepper, & onion until tender; set aside.

In large bowl combine crab, shrimp, egg, mozarella cheese, mayo, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning pepper & green pepper mixture.

Stuff each shell with tablespoon seafood mixture. Place in greased 9 x 13
baking dish.

In small sauce pan melt remaining butter over medium heat. Whisk flour & pepper into butter and gradually add remaining milk. Bring to boil; cook & stir 2 mins. or until thickened. Stir in parmesan cheese. Pour over shells. Bake uncovered 30 - 35 mins.
