5-6 lb. boneless beef brisket
meat tenderizer
4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Salt
Pepper
Brown Sugar
Celery Salt
Paprika
Nutmeg
Garlic Salt
Onion Salt
Barbeque Sauce with Hickory

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle with tenderizer, liquid smoke, salt and pepper on both sides. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate over night.

Sprinkle lavishly all other ingredients except barbeque sauce over meat. Tighten foil and bake at 300º for 2 hours. Loosen foil and bake 5-6 hours at 200º or until tender. Cool, slice, then spread slices with sauce. Cover baking pan with foil and return to heat for 1 hour at 200º.

for 3-4 lb. roast 1 hour at 300º 2 hours at 200º
