Whole chicken or 6-8 chicken breasts
1/4 - 1/2 c. melted butter
1 box Uncle Ben's Long grain and wild rice
1 can each - cream of mushroom, cream of celery, cream of chicken soup
1 can water
jar of sliced mushrooms
green pepper

Directions:
Melt butter, mix together soups and everything but chicken. Put chicken on top. Cover with foil, bake at 300 covered for 1 1/2 hrs., uncovered for 1 1/2 hours
