Ingredients:  
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed- squeeze all water out
1 box Knorr's Vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz. can) water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
3 - 4 chopped green onions
1 cup mayonnaise (* DO NOT subsitute with Miracle Whip Salad Dressing)
1 1/2 cup sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill.

* This Spinach dip is an excellent dip for Ritz and other types of crackers, or great served in a "bread" bowl with remaining bread pieces used for dipping.
