Ingredients:  
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
2 sticks margarine
2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup white syrup
2 T. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a rolling boil, all ingredients, except vanilla. boil for one minute,; then reduce heat. boil slowly for one minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool completely before serving.
