Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
10 Flour tortillas
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 cup crab meat
1 (6 oz.) Monterey Jack Cheese
2 T. butter

White Sauce:
4 T. margarine
4 T. flour
3 cups milk (preferably 1 can evaporated milk with on can water)
Combine these ingredients and cook over med heat until desired thickness.

Combine all ingredients except the tortillas. Place large spoonful of this mixture onto the tortillas. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Bake until golden brown @ 350 , /serve warm with white sauce over top.
