Ingredients:  
1 chicken, boiled ( reserve 1/2 cup. broth)
2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing, chicken flavor
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender - remove meat from bone. Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Place 1/2 stuffing mixture in greased 13"X9" baking dish. Put chicken pieces on top of this. Next, combine the soups and evaporated milk with 1/2 cup broth. Blend well then our over chicken. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake casserole in 350 oven until golden brown.
* For lower fat and less calories use 4 chicken breasts and 1 1/2 cups chicken broth instead of milk. Making a total of 2 cups broth...
Still very good.
