2 Large cans evaporated milk
1 Cups water
5 Beaten eggs
1 Stick melted butter
2 Cups sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
2 or 3 Small Boxes of Raisins
1 Cup of Pecans
15 Slices of bread (approximately)

Mix all ingredients well. Place in a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

RUM SAUCE:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Rum to taste (about 3 tbsp.)
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Slowly stir in 1 egg; then add rum. Stir over low heat for 5 minutes. Spread sauce over bread pudding.
