Sift:
1 3/4 c. flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt

Cream:
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Add :
1 egg
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream ingredients; add egg and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Shape into balls. Roll in sugar and place on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Top each cookie with Hershey milk chocolate kiss. Return to oven to finish baking - 2 minutes.

May add 1/8 c. milk to soften dough to make softer cookie or use butter instead of shortening and skip the milk.

Alternate:
Bake in mini muffin pan. Bake 10 minutes, insert mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. Return to oven and bake 2 minutes.
