1 pkg sugar cookie dough
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. sugar
Orange marmalade
Assorted fruits, (strawberries, kiwis, bananas, grapes, & canned mandarin oranges work well)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a pizza pan with foil, press dough evenly out on pan. You can use a little flour to keep it from sticking to your fingers. Bake according to package directions. Cool

You can leave on the pan or peel foil and place on serving tray.

Mix cream cheese and the sugar. Spread over the "cookie". Arrange your fruit on concentric circles, beginning in the center.

Dip your bananas in a little lemon to prevent them from turning brown.

Drizzle with the orange marmalade mixed with a little water, just enough to make it drizzle easily. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Slice and Enjoy!
