1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 small can evaporated milk

1/2 c. water

3 c. rice, cooked
2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add flour and mix over heat. Add milk and water. Cook until thickened a bit. Stir in rice and chicken in casserole. Cook 45 minutes at 350.
