Ingredients:  
1 c. converted rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion, diced
1 cut-up chicken
1 envelope Lipton Onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups and milk. Stir together 1/2 of soup mixture and rice; put in bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Lay chicken on top of rice mixture. Add salt and pepper. Add Lipton Onion soup mix to remaining soup mixture and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Cover tightly when baking.
