Cream of Broccoli Soup Recipe

10 oz. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
5 c. milk
4 oz. shredded cheese
1 t. salt
1 t. lemon pepper
1 t. chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and onion with water until tender. Melt butter, remove from heat. Gradually stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Slowly bring milk to a boil; add cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Gradually add flour and butter mixture, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Add broccoli, onion and seasonings. Stir until well blended.
