Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2- 2 c. rhubarb

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 T. margarine (melted)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix main ingredients and put into a 9x13 greased pan. Mix topping and put on top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min. Serve with ice cream or cool whip.
