3/4 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons butter
6 cups water
9 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. uncooked fine noodles
4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 cups milk - 2% is fine
1 healthy lb. of velveeta cheese cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter for 3 minutes or until golden. Add water and bouillon cubes. Heat until bouillon cubes are dissolved. Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes, add broccoli and garlic powder. Cook 8 more minutes. Then add cheese, stirring frequently, heat until cheese is melted then add milk.

Heat but do not boil.

I use at least 1 and 1/2 lbs of velveeta cheese. This is yummy.
