4 teaspoons vegetable oil (I use olive oil)
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 cup apple juice concentrate
Medium or coarse ground black pepper

Heat Oil and curry powder in a small sauce pan over medium heat. When mixture starts to sizzle and curry is fragrant, add the apple juice concentrate. Simmer until mixture reduces ton about 6 tablespoons, 2-3 minutes. Brush each tenderloin with curry mixture, then sprinkle with pepper.

Heat grill, clean and brush lightly with oil. Place Tenderloins on hot grill. Close lid and allow to grill roast for around 7 minutes. Turn Tenderloins, close lid and continue to sear until dark brown grill marks have formed on the other side, about 6 minutes longer. Close grill or move to unheated part of grill. Close lid and allow to cook for 5 more minutes longer. A meat thermometer inserted into the thichest end of tenderloin should register 145º-150º. If not at desired temperature close lid and continue to cook, no Niger than 160º remove Tenderloins and let rest 5 minutes. Cut into 1/4 inch slices and serve.
