4-6 boneless chicken breast, frozen
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 container (16 oz.) reduced fat free sour cream
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped or just add Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crock-pot with cooking spray. Place frozen chicken breast on the bottom of crock-pot. Mix other ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Cook on low setting for at least 7 hours. Stir sauce well before serving. Can be served over rice or noodles.
