Ingredients:
Put 4 - 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or as many or few as you need. You can leave whole or cut into tenders) in the crockpot.

Add 2 (or more depending on how much chicken you use) cans of either regular or HEALTHY REQUEST cream of mushroom soup

1 package of dry Italian Seasoning Salad Dressing Mix

8 oz. block of reduced fat/light cream cheese (I use Weight Watchers brand with 40% less fat).

The recipe calls for 1/4 cup butter, but I don't think it needs it.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until your chicken is cooked.
Serve over Angel Hair pasta.

NOTE: Can use Cream of Chicken soup instead of 1 of the cans of mushroom soup. Either way, THIS RECIPE IS DELICIOUS!!
